About: World Premiere! Sarah Jane Lapp's semi-fictional, hand-drawn animation, scored by Mark Dresser and made possible by interviews with eulogists galore, follows a eulogist-in-training and his encounter with the interstitial spaces our communal memories create between mortality and immortality. A decade in the making, a portion of this film exhibited internationally, won a Black Maria Jurors' Choice Award, and, yes, screened both with SXSW 2006 and on SXSWPresents/PBS.
